The Artist/Entertainer will arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the Booking Time.
The Client is requested to provide a private changing area (other than a WC) and a safe place to leave valuables.
PLEASE NOTE: 'The Holly Jolly Company Ltd' is in Great Demand and will certainly have turned down other Bookings in order to be available for Your Event. Therefore - If the Booking is Cancelled by You - 30 Days or Less prior to the Event - The FULL balance MUST be paid. If the Booking is Cancelled 31 to 60 days prior to the Event - 50% of the balance MUST be paid. Any future Enquiries or Bookings of the Artist/Entertainer as a result of this Engagement must be made through - 'The Holly Jolly Company Ltd'.
If Attendance Numbers of Guests at Your Event is over the Agreed Amount - It may be possible for the Artist/Entertainer to stay on - But this must be formally agreed. The client must agree to make further payment at the same rate for any extra time worked. If this is not agreed, the artist will not be expected to work over the time paid. Due to further commitments - The Artist/Entertainer may have to finish strictly at the specified time and we ask for your understanding in this situation.
Outdoor Events: The Client is requested to provide Shelter from Direct Sunlight and Wet Weather.
If the Client uses the Artist/Entertainer for less than the time Booked - The agreed amount MUST still be paid in FULL. The Artist/Entertainer is entitled to bathroom and refreshment breaks. The Behaviour, Safety and General Supervision of Attending Children is NOT the responsibility of the Artist/Entertainer. A responsible Adult must be in attendance at all times. Should there be any loss or damage to Materials, Equipment or Costumes by Children or other Attending Guests it will the responsibility of the Client to make recompense.
Costume: Client's choice of Costume for the Artist/Entertainer is subject to Availability.
In the very, very unlikely event that due to illness or unforeseen circumstances the Artist/Entertainer is unable to attend the Event/Party. Every effort will be made by 'The Holly Jolly Company' to provide another Entertainer of equal standard. Otherwise a Full refund will be offered to the Client.
Photographs of the Artist/Entertainer or their work must state the name 'The Holly Jolly Company'.
The Artist/Entertainer is DBS Checked & has Public Liability Insurance.
